How do I reschedule a booking?

You can reschedule your cleaning by logging into your Batmaid account and accessing the 'My Cleanings' tab in your personal area. In the 'Upcoming' section, click on 'More' and then on 'Change Request' in the drop-down menu. Follow the instructions to request your changes.

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must do so at least 48 hours prior to the cleaning in question to avoid cancellation fees. For more information, please see "Cancellation Policy".

Please be aware that by changing the duration or time of your cleaning, the agent may not be able to meet your request due to lack of availability. If your usual agent is available, he/she will be automatically selected by the platform's algorithm.
