Can I change the address of my booking?

Once a booking has been made, it is unfortunately not possible to insert a new address as there is a chance that your cleaner will not be able to get there. However, you can cancel the cleaning free of charge, provided that you do so at least 48 hours before the start of the cleaning and then book a new cleaning at the correct address. For your information, it is possible to book different households at different addresses.
