What does the warranty include?

Included in the warranty:

• If the cleaning is not well executed, someone will come back to finish the job for free
  
• All booked services are covered (which is included in a standard cleaning)
  

In which cases will the warranty not apply?

• If your real surface doesn't match the one indicated in your booking
• Non-cleaning related issues
• Non-completion of extras that were not selected
• Non-completion of non-included cleaning elements
• Please note that we do not take responsibility in the event of a dispute with your landlord
