You can cancel a cleaning free of charge by clicking on the "My cleanings" tab in your Batmaid account. In the "Upcoming" section, click on the "More" tab of the cleaning you wish to cancel, then click on "Cancel". The agent is notified of your changes by email.
If you wish to cancel your entire regular cleanings, please contact us by email at client@batmaid.fr!
All cancellations are possible up to 48 hours before completing the cleaning in question to avoid cancellation charges.
