Can Batmaid clean my AirBnb rentals?

Yes, Batmaid can also take care of the cleaning of your AirBnb rentals. We will send you the ideal cleaner for your needs. Our conditions are as follows:

• You can cancel or change your reservations at your convenience on your Batmaid account. To cancel without charge, the cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the cleaning. After that, charges may apply. For more details, please see our ''Cancellation Policy''.
• As for the regular cleanings, you will provide all necessary products and materials. You will explain to the cleaning agent the specific tasks to be carried out: changing sheets/linens, putting up specific brochures, accessories, etc.
• If the regular cleaning agent is suddenly unavailable, make sure you give us the tasks correctly or have a the instructions on site for the replacement cleaning agent.
• As our customer service department is closed during the weekends, we will not be able to be as responsive as we are during the week in the event of a problem.
  

As our service does not include a concierge service, we do not offer a key management service.
