In the event of proven damage to your home, contact us within 48 hours of the cleaning where the damage occurred. Send us photos to client@batmaid.fr so that we can review the situation with the cleaning agent.
If the damage is proven, Batmaid France SAS has civil liability insurance that can cover the damage up to €650.
Please note that without photos or communication within 48 hours, Batmaid France SAS declines all responsibility for the damage.
